I would not consider myself a “fashionista”, but when I like my outfit, I like to show it. All throughout teaching the last two school years, I posted my outfits I really enjoyed on Instagram (@simplecharmbeauty). Because my blog is all about the home and family, I want to show my style as well!

My friend, Laura, wanted to take pictures of me for my bachelorette invitations, and here are some of the outfit pictures.

Outfit Details:

– Alice Blue Stitch Fix Exclusive Bullock Strap Detail Blouse, $34
– LOFT Modern Skinny Jeans in Destructed Indigo Wash, $79.50(here, best time to buy them is when on sale)
–
David’s Bridal Faux-Suede Lace-Up Sandals, $24.99 (found here)

The blouse is perfect for summer because it is a halter, looks nautical, and has two fabric layers. The top layer is navy with white stripes, whereas the second layer is a sheer navy fabric that is attached to the top layer. The top layer can flow with the wind (picture shown below). I typically wear this blouse with white jeans, but I wanted to sport my new denim. The blouse is a size S.

The LOFT modern skinny jean is a great fit and I love the ripped details. The rips are not too distressed and still look classy. The denim has an indigo wash with the middle part having a washed out look. The jeans are a size 6/28 for reference.

Finally, I purchased the David’s Bridal Faux-Suede Lace-Up Sandals in the color Nude. Because they are on sale for $24.99, I also purchased the same shoe in Wine color. I have not worn them yet, but I’m planning to in the fall. These strappy heals are 4″ high, which can be difficult to wear for long periods of time, however, they are cute! I added a side-view photo below so that you can better see it.
